Angry Worn right front bearing

I am not sure what to do. I have had the noise now for several months and it is getting louder and louder. Last time(2008-9) I had to pay a shop over $800.00 to replace the spindle and all the bearings. About 6 months ago I paid les schwaab almost $200.00 to a repack and it didnt get rid of the noise.
I am very confident that I can do the job myself now, but I have worn myself to the bone trying to find a spindle for this task. I have found none out there for a 93 ford ranger XLT(4.0l, 4x4, auto hubs).
Outside of purchasing a new spindle what are my options?
