Default 2001 Ford Sport Trac - New stereo

I was recently gifted a nice stereo that I want to put in my Sport Trac... when I took the Pioneer stereo out (one that came with the truck) I noticed there were three wire adapters but only one for the newer stereo... there are 21 wires total out of the truck, but only 10 ish that go into the new. Any helpful tips on how to do this or any links? Do I have to get a wire harness adapter or can I wire it all directly?

Much appreciated!

Go to crusfield.com and ask for the most convenient hardness adapter for the new radio.
