HELP - 2001 Sport Trac shifting issues
 

I have a 2WD automatic which is very hard to shift into gear. The original owner said it has been like that since he bought it brand new. And sometimes, it doesn't go into drive correctly and it bucks when I reach about 30 mph. Any ideas what could cause this?
