Passenger power seat dosnt work

Default Passenger power seat dosnt work
I have 2003 ford sports trac the drivers power seat works just fine but the passenger seat has no power to the seat at the switches. We checked the main power for the seat it it tested good. ( with a meter ) Dont understand why one would work and the other dosnt. I have the seat out now what should I do. PLEASE HELP

did you check all the fuses ? maybe the switch is bad on that side !
