1993 Ford Taurus Part?
 

Can anyone please tell me what part this is in my 1993 Ford Taurus? The reason I ask this is because at random times the car will crank but not turn over but it doesn't do it all the time

That is the IRMC or Integrated Relay Control Module. It has a few relays in it that can cause a no start.

Is this part very expensive to replace?

I misnamed that part. It is the CCRM (Constant Control Relay Module). I have looked through Ford factory manual and can't find one listed. You might check some aftermarket parts houses. Sorry I can't give an extimate without finding one.
