Default 1993 SRS minor issues, help please

Hey all,
new member on this forum, but not new to fords (1980 f-150 4x4 flareside). My wife has a 1993 srs sedan, 3.8 auto, w/84k original miles, excellent condition, great car. The right rear power window is inop, both from the drivers control and the rr door itself. The haynes manual is pretty much useless; it states to go to the dealer. yeah right.
How do I gain access to the door panel to check the motor? Is there any particular check I can perform once I gain access?
Also, there is a minor "chattering sound from under the hood when the a/c is activated and I think I have narrowed it down to the serpentine belt tensioner. Is there any easy way to replace this thing? Its mainly an annoyance right now, but will no doubt get worse as time goes by.

I thank everyone in advance,

DS

Remove the door panel with standard screwdrivers and or small sockets and whack the motor to see if it starts working. If so, then replace it, if not, then look for a broken wire in the rubber boot that goes into the door.

Belt tensioner can be replaced with a little patience and a belt tool. If not, then get a 12-pack and all your buddies to figure it out [8D]
