96 taurus wipers and GEM
 

Where is the GEM on a 96 taurus?
The wipers quit working all of a sudden, fuses and relays all seem fine.
Can operate wipers by grounding the coil terminal on the wiper park relay (the wire that goes to the GEM). With terminal grounded, the wipers will run in low or high mode depending on how the switch is set.
