'99 Taurus Starter
 

The starter on my '99 Ford Taurus (V6 OHV)seems to have failed. I just tried to remove it and ran into a little problem. The first Bolt came out fine. However the second mounting hole didn't seem to have a bolt in it. Upon further investigation, I realized that there was something in the second mounting hole. I don't know if the second bolt broke off when it was installed, or if ther is some sort of set screw-like bolt in that hole. Has anyone run into this issue before?
