i have codes p1443 and p0457
not the gas cap like everyone said. any other ideas.

 

You have a small evaporative system leak. The leak is less than .020 inch leak. You probably need to check to see if there is any debris in the vent line off the evap cannister. If that is cklear, you probably need to have it "smoke" tested.

 

thanks I will check. when people say canister they mean the square unit behind the tank under the trunk??
