Default Ford Taurus Cooling System Flush

Can anybody give me some insight on how to flush the cooling system on a 1997 Ford Taurus? I can't seem to find a valve or petcock on the radiator.
Is there a flush kit that can be purchased from a car parts store?
How do I make sure I get the correct mixture of anti-freeze to water back in the system?
Thank you!

The petcock should be on the drivers side of the radiator. Either pointing towards the firewall or on the bottom pointing towards the groung. An autoparts store has a kit to backflush the cooling system using a "T" in one of the heater hoses that you can attach a garden hose to. A 50/50 mix of antifreeze and water is a good place to start. The auto parts store also should have it premixed for ya. A bit more expensive but it's convenient.
