Front Suspension/Steering Problems
 

Have a 99 SE with 70k. About 6k ago I had lower ball joints and outer tie rods replaced on both sides. And 12k ago the power steering pump and sway bar links were replaced. The front end is making a slight clicking sound when turning over driveway or parking lot bumps. Also the steering is very sloppy on the road but heavy at slow speeds. Can anyone suggest any possible causes or solutions?
