Default Help needed

I'm doing a timing chain set replacement job on my 2013 Ford Taurus limited. Everything was going good until the inner side phaser rolled when I was removing the secondary chain. The crankshaft is still in positio as is the outer

side phaser/timing. Is it possible to bring the innner side back into timing independently and how? I removed the passenger side plugs to attempt to roll the phaser back into position by hand.....didn't work. Thanks for any help.
