Instrument pannel lights
 

I have a 1999 wagon with auto- headlights etc.

I have the auto-on set to off so I just use the switch.
It works OK but I want do it myself.

Sometimes the instrument pannel lights come on the instant I turn the lights on and sometimes they delay a few seconds after I turn the switch.

Is this normal of is something going bad? :confused:
