lock down the flywheel

were or how do you lock the transaxle down at. this thing is getting me down.Do you have to use the spec. tool or can you use something else. Please help guys and thanks for your answers.

trying to take off crankarm pulley off but motor keeps turning I have no tool and if I did were do I put it,to keep the flywheel from moving
