Major Rim / Wheel Problems
 

Has anyone else had problems with their wheels due to a manufacturing defect?
Any information on TSBs, recall information or advice would be greatly appreciated.
We sustained heavy damage to our 2001 Ford Taurus with steel wheels because the rim cracked near the lug hole and fully came apart.
