schrader valve on 2003 Taurus?

My 80 year old neighbor asked me to look at her Taurus. It cranks fine and the battery is only a year old but it will not start.

I had a similar problem with my 90 Taurus last year so I first wanted to check for fuel pressure at the rail and for spark. I can't seem to find the schrader valve/test port on the 2003 Taurus. The 3.0 engine looks very similar to my 90 but no schrader valve that I can see. Can someone tell me where it is on the newer model Taurus? Can't seem to find it on my 2007 either.

As I was looking for the schrader valve, I noticed that the wires coming out of the plug on the fuel rail have some bare spots...like a squirrel chewed on them (been a problem in the past)...so I'm guessing she isn't getting any fuel to the injectors but would like to test.
