Default Speedo: VSS and Cable...
Hello. A quick question: Can a 1995 Taurus speedometer have Vehicle Speed Sensor and a cable? Or if it's VSS, it's strictly electronics controlling the speedo? The speedo has a arm that shows the speed. Thanks...

Both Digital display and analog display dashes use a VSS. However, the digital uses electrical connector for the speedo while the analog uses a cable for its speedo.
