Starting electronics intermittent outage 98

98 Taurus, 95,000 miles. About7 times now, get out of the car, (laundry) get back in, turn the key and the dashlight warning lights will not come on and when you turn the key over the engine will crank and crank and not start. I have gotten out, raised the hood to look for anything, get back in and crank and crank and not start. Instrument warning lights not coming on. The radio works and headlights etc all working. 2 to 3 minutes later try again and the instrument lights come on and the engine will start and I can drive away. I thought it may be a loose fuse in the main box near battery but after pushing on them it has still done this. Does not happen every day, maybe twice a week. One day it did it twice. Car has not shut down while driving, seems to only occur after parking and getting back in. Took to Autozone and the computer codes read "No Codes" I did change the thermostat about a month ago and it started a week later. No other indications. Thanks in advance for suggestions.
