Wipers only work after activating the right turn signal, and cutting wipers on. I checked all fuses and they are fine. Removed the fuse under the dash (blue 3 prong box,) and it looks fine but I think this is the issue.

 

Not familiar with these cars, but like my ranger, is the wiper controls on the turn signal as well? IF so, sounds the switch is bad on the column.
