will a 5 lug from a early 80s ford ranger fit a 99 taurus 5 lug

I found a good deal on some tires on craigslist they are for my yard car. I have been driving it on 2 bare rimes, and the front tires are down to the wires. so ya just like the title says will a 5 lug from a early 80s ford ranger fit a 99 Taurus 5 lug

center hub hole is gonna be too big... ranger has larger hub center hole since it is rear wheel drive... your front hub center is smaller and doubt highly the wheel will fit unless you get to junkyard and test on a car there
