92 Tempo starting issues

I have a Tempo, loads of issues, shaking like a wheel is going to fall off above 49 mph, knocking, you name it...but today I have another issue. About 3 weeks ago it would not start, did some research and some wire testing, thought it was the neutral safety switch since it seemed to be common, replaced it, worked great. This morning I went to start it and nothing. no crank, no click from the starter...not a single noise. The only things making noise was the dinning from the keys and the click from the relay switch under the dash "F19B 9345 A2A", that clicked every time I turned the key, that was it. I am ready to chuck this thing over a cliff, anyone out there have any advice that could save this little car from an untimely demise?

Wheel bearings and front end parts are common for this cars. starter wire might be you problem for not starting as a rule there a good running little car.
