Disabling airbags & fuel shut off

Default Disabling airbags & fuel shut off
So im racing a 94 probe, can I just pull a fuse to disable an airbag? Or is there a better way? Also I need to know how to bypass my fuel shut off switch. I realize I need to jumper two wires together. I just need to know how to go about figuring which ones to jumper. Thanks guys
