1995 T-Bird LX
 

Hello, I have a '95 T-Bird LX and have two unusual issues with my car. First, when maintaining minimal throttle; sometimes in conjunction with turning, there is a fluttering/scraping noise coming from the front tires/wells. The second problem is that after 30kmph the TCS "OFF" light comes on and so does the ABS light, but both systems still seem to be working.
