Ignition Lock Cylinder

Hey guys what I have is a 1995 thunderbird lx the trouble I am having is my lock cylinder. It will not lock or if i dont get it just right it will stay on and drain my battery.So would I need a new lock cylinder or some thing differnt?

I think in this vedeo he shows how to make the lockcylinder work again. He has more videos on lockcylinders.
