Windshield wiper trouble 95 T-bird
 

I drive a 95 Thunderbird (4.6L V8 )100,720 miles

My wipers dont work (period) and when i press the button on the switch for wiper fluid nothing comes out, though the normal click sound is present.

I have replaced the Multifuction switch that controls the wipers and fluid. and i have also replaced the wiper motor, but the wipers and fluid still dont work.

If you've checked the fuse in the Primary Junction block #15/30amp, and the Wiper Motor and Multifunction are new, the Integrated Control Module is probably bad..
