'14 Ford Fiesta SE stalling while driving

I have a suspicion we might have a fuel pump driver module problem. That part is mounted under the rear of the vehicle , is known for corrosion problems due to location and mounting. Fault needs to be determined/verified before replacing.

I will have to try that this weekend. I can respond with my findings or what else i've done once I can get to it.
With those being said, there's still the issue of it eventually being able to start up just fine. Wouldn't a fuel supply problem just kill the engine until it is fixed? i'm not understanding this cool down time that makes the car run just fine again. Lastly, my coolant levels are spot on and my electonic temp gauge never moves past normal operating temperature once it warms up to that point.

There is printed circuitry in the driver module and as you know electronics do not like corrosion and will get even with us. Corrosion can cause high resistance that creates heat that will damage circuitry and can cause temperature related problems.
There is no harm in getting a second or third opinion.

so update from this weekend. Took it to my father in law's and there is no power to the ignition coil. We cleaned and redid grounds, tried relays in the fuse box. Then we unplugged and re-seated the PCM and it started up for about 2 minutes then died. It has not started back up since. I don't know how often 4 year old PCM's die but i don't know if that's a possibility. We were going to get a wiring diagram to confirm what's before the ignition coil at this point.
I was told that they don't have ignition control module's anymore per-se. So does anyone know what is supposed to be providing the spark to that coil?
thanks

All you need to do is get under the rear of the vehicle and look for a box mounted under the rear to the center with wires on it. Look carefully at the mounting removing it if necessary to look under it. it may even have corroded so badly it could have gone thru the case.
