Default 1959 Ford turn signal issue

59 Galaxy 500 turn signals will not work. Tried tracking down a flasher unit and cannot find one under the dash. Anyone with any ideas how to go about solving this issue? Do I need to replace the switch in the column? Thanks

Pretty sure there should be a Flasher there somewhere, did you check the fuse panel?

I have looked everywhere under the dash. There is not a fuse panel in this vintage of car, only a few in line fuses. I found the horn relay in the engine compartment but not a turn signal relay. I have traced the wiring and do not seem to have power going up the column to the switch. Not sure if I am testing it correctly though.

I found it. Someone had removed the flasher unit. Crazy. It's located between the heater controls and the radio up high.
