How hardo would it be to add auto hubs to a new truck. Found a good dealing on a 17 F350 but the dealer ordered it with manual hubs, I even had them send me a pic of the hub to verify, sure enough it says free and lock WHY would they do this

ESOF and Manual (MSOS) transfer case-manual hubs are still option available. Some Buyers prefer manual locking options..
ESOF hub will say Auto/Lock, and Manual T case Lock/Free.. ESOF has a Lock option for failsafe hub lock control.

T case/control module, cluster/message, mode selector switch/panel, hubs, pump, lines, harness's, programming etc. I haven't heard of it being done, but if doable, it would certainly offset any deal your looking at..

Since your looking new,, it would be better to find another truck with the ESOF options, or just go with manual control...
