If you check for spark at the time it will not start it should provide a path to continue checking further.

Im looking for advice on what's wrong.Something in the distributor?
|
Don't know if this is the problem, but there should be a pick-up coil in the distributor that sends a signal to the module that the engine is turning over. You might check the wires coming out of the dist to verify the pick-up coil has continuity.

Even on a Mallory unilite distributor.Electrical stuff is kinda where im alil retarded
|
Put in new plugs and wires tonight started ran smooth then after bout a min died and just. Cranked gonna try the pickup coil in the distributor in the morning got to dark tonight
