Default 1982 "351"cu.in.

I hope somone can refresh my memory! My 1982 "351" is starting to smoke out of the breather on the valve cover. (really stinks!!) I remember this happening on a 1960's Pick-up I had a long time ago and we fixed it. I just can't remember what we did !?!? (Getting "OLD", must be loosing memory)
If anyone can help I would appreciate it

Thanks,
Dondobe

Replace the PCV valve. Pressure is building in the crankcase. If a new PCV valve does not fix it, chances are the rings are worn out and are allowing an excessive amount of blowby which the PCV valve can't handle.
