1994 Ford Explorer Fuel Line- HELP

Default 1994 Ford Explorer Fuel Line- HELP

I have a kink in my Fuel line that goes from the tank to the filter...my mechanic advised me that this is a discontinued part...he was able to stretch it a little to try and get me by for a bit while he tried to locate the part...Im pretty sure he didn't/doesn't have time and i've asked around i reasearched all over the net can someone please tell me where the heck i can get this part....??? I really need to get this fixed until then im kinda stranded.. thank you in advance to anyone who replies...i greakly appreciate it!

Have you looked into a FUEL LINE REPAIR kit?. Dorman makes a complete kit and you can also get individual pieces from PartsAmerica.com.

Thank you for the suggestion I will include that in my email to my mech. I guess I kind of felt put off by him and he made it seem like it was going to be near impossible to locate the part...i've found several ...at least i think i have ...and i wanted to be more sure before i waste his time. Thank you again for the advice....lets hope its what i need!
