1996 Ford Explorer , locks and lights
 

Have 1996 Explorer that door locks continue to lock and unlock. Also power window are inoperable. When brake pedel is pushed interior lights and underhood lights come on. Replaced GEM already. CAnt find any reason for this to happen .Hear this is a common problem. What is the fix??
