Default 2000 ford focus starting problem

I have a 2000 ford focus that will not start when cold outside. The engine will turn over and start for about a second then die. It will do this as many times as I try to start it. But it will start fine on warm days. I have changed both o2 sensors, changed the fuel filter and the fuel pressure seems to be fine but I still have the same problem. Any suggestions. I am at a loss.

Default RE: 2000 ford focus starting problem

u know what i did. i have a eclipse 1990 model. in the morning i try to start it right. it turns and idle for 2 seconds and die. what i did i adjusted the throttle body screw and hit atleast 1500 rpm when you start it. it should start and be fine. also what i did is i cleand the throttle body by a carb cleaner or any trhottle body cleaner. and you know what it started like brand new. u should try it.
