Default 2000 Ranger interior light/taillight issue

I installed a stereo in this truck and the tail lights and interior dash lights stopped working. I narrowed the problem down to the Power Distribution box, mini fuse 11( 15a fuse). I replaced the fuse and it blew again right away. My question is has anyone seen this before? and if so, what was the solution to the problem. Is there anything behind the stereo area I might've shorted out while installing the stereo? Any answers are appreciated, thanks

Ya disconnected the stereo, it's gotta be a short somewhere, I don't know where though, it doesn't look as though any wires are exposed.
