I have a 2002 F150 and want to make it run better and more fuel efficeint. What would be some suggestions to help with both. Also I am planning on putting dual exhaust on it, any suggestions on what kind is better than the rest. I have heard a lot of people say flowmasters but anything else out there that are good. Also any other performance suggestions i am open to them.
