2003 f150 wont start

2003 f150 wont start
my 2003 f-150 won't start. Ran around town all day, but when i tried to go to work it would not start. When you turn the key you can here taping in the dash and the inside lights flicker but nothing else. Checked fuses they are all good.The battery is fully charged, cables conected good, Any ideas?Thanks!
