2004 Ford Ranger V6 3.0L 2WD Manual - Performance Issues

Hey all,

I have a question regarding a "what's next" situation. My truck is acting sluggish and has an intermittent rough idle.

I have replaced the plugs, wires, fuel filter, and done an oil change. The code it gave me on OBDII scanner said it was a fouled plug/misfire, thus the change in plugs/wires. The other code (that i cant recall and dont have the sensor available anymore) was not listed in the book of codes.

Basically, I am wondering Whats Next?

Any help is very appreciated.

Thanks,
Will
