2016 Mustang GT digital speed in computer????

Why did Ford Not put a digital speedometer to see while driving ??? This has been available in Lincoln for years. the question is can it be uploaded to a 2016 Mustang GT???
what are the problems in doing this and what do I have to do to get it in my 2016 Mustang ??? KenS
