3.8l mustang throttle body vs. 4.2l f150 throttle body

I have a few questions about the throttle body on my F150. The first question is,what size is the throttle body on my 2000 F150xl with a 4.2l motor? The next question is will the f150 4.2l throttle body and the 3.8l mustang throttle body switch over with no problems, and is there any benefit in doing this. The reason is I found a 70mm throttle body on www.rpmoutlet.com with the part #ACCF70v6-1. It is for a 99-00 3.8l mustang motor. They couldn't tell me if it would cross over.Would it be better to just get a used throttle body off a 3.8l motor out of the junk yard. Thanks for any help you can give....
