car wouldn't start had idling problems replaced one rocker cause it was broke then starter was replaced long story short lots of issues. now i need to know if anyone can give me advice on why it will not turn over starter tries but it doesnt seem to have enough power very slowly turning

 

First thing to try is make sure your battery is good and is charged, also clean all of your electrical connections. It is possible that the new starter is no good as well.

 

Yeah if its not turning:

1. Most likely battery
2. Starter

Either take it up to the auto parts store and have them test it, or run it on a trickle charger. Most of them have indicators if your battery is good or not once it runs a full charge.
