Default 390 head gaskets

i have a 1974 f250 with a 390, i'm tryin to replace the head gasket on the right bank but the cylinder block has two anti-freeze ports in the front and the back right between the top and bottom head bolts, all the gaskets i can find for it only have the port for the rear of the motor and not the front. I have a thought that it could be cause the truck has AC but i kinda doubt it, if anyone has any idea of why i have the unique 390 of the bunch cause the haynes restoration book shows a 360/390FE block with only the one port. It would be great if i could get any thoughts on this
