Default 84 Bronco II ticks

I recently bought a 1984 Bronco II, v6, 2.8L, 4spd 4x4 with 90,000 miles. I have a tick coming from the passenger side of the engine when accelerating. I understand it's the rocker arms and that that's due to low oil pressure(internet research) but my oil pressure gauge is pegged at the top line of NORM anytime I'm driving except when at idle, then the oil pressure is right in the middle.

may just be a lifter or rocker adjustment or worn rocker
