89 Mustang light problem

I have an 89 Mustang Cobra Convertable and my running lights and dash lights are not working. All of my other lights work. I changed the fuse and still no go. Any suggestions?

Could be the headlamp switch itself or the connector might be melted, have seen both happen on these before.
