92 transfer case shifter
 

i've got a 92 f150 with a manual transfer case, i cannot get into neutral or low, just 2wheel high and 4wheel high. shifter says push down to go to low and neutral, cant make the lever move not even with a three foot pry bar. anyone know anything about these things
