97-150xl motor form 2000 will not start

I have just changed out a 4.2L from a 97 F 150 XL, I have put the same motor from a 2000 F 150 XL and have only noticed a minor differance in the rear vacuum being changed to an electrical system and the throttle position sensor wire(grey/white stripe) had to be jumpered to #89 ont the PCM, at least thats as far as I could conclude from chiltons.

I have lots of fire and I have lots of fuel, just can't seem to figure out the firing order.

Left bank is 1,2,3 Right bank is 4,6,5 or somthing totally screwy like that.

not sure how to read that, but i am sure some one with a little knowlage can help.

Thanks very much in advance

Firing order should be the same for the 1997 and the 2000 model year 4.2. Right bank is 1-2-3 and left bank is 4-5-6.
