abs

Hi all, can a faulty abs sensor in my 2000 f150 2wd v6 truck cause hesitation. Right after the light came on it seemed to almost miss at certain positions on the throttle, but only while moving. If I rev up the motor it sounds fine.

The ABS should not affect the engine. Does the "miss" seem to be at shift points under light accelleration? If it does that, look at the speed sensor on the top of the rear end housing. Also have the codes read by a high end scanner and post the code for the ABS and we can help more.
