I bought a 2005 E150 and it doesn't have cruise, bought an aftermarket cruise through JC Whitney, it won't hook up because there is no throttle cable. If I purchase an OEM steering wheel with the cruise switches on it can it just be programed by the dealer or is there more to it than that?

More to it than just purchasing a steering wheel. However, you could send back your JC Whitney unit andget a Ford accessory OEM aftermarket system from Ford for about $325.00 + install cost
