Check Engine Light

HELP!! I have a 2003 Ford Taurus Wagon. The engine light keeps coming on. I took it to auto zone and they came of with these code:: P1336 and P1000. My mechanic has fixed it, but, the light keeps coming on. The car hesitates a little sometimes but doesn't cut off. Any clues out there ?? Thanks
