Dexcool and the Ford 5.4?

I had a coolant flush and fill on a 2005 E150 wagon and I see that the shop refilled it with Dexcool. I am terrified of the Dexcool having known about the GM intake manifold gasket horror show.

Should I flush out the new Dexcool right away, or do you think it might be fairly harmless in the 5.4L for a year or two?

Are you sure it is Dexcool? Is it pink looking or sort of Gold color? Ford used Gold colored coolant for a few years. There is also a Universal antifreeze that is supposed to be compatable with all coolants.
