2001 Expedition: fan speed control will only work in highest fan speed. Change out the fan dash panel switch, checked every fuse in both fuse boxes. Can't find a remedy. Anyone had this issue or some insite?

 

In case anyone else should have the same issue. I next changed out the fan blower resister. This thing islocated just to the left of the fan motor under the dash of the passenger's feet. This thing was just ugly. I guess moisture some how gets to this thing. Anyway, it was literally just falling apart. Changed it out with a $16 replacement from Ford. Done deal!!! Wife is happy again...
